[Class 20 (ii).] A pasting-machine for the use of paperhangers comprises a tank a with pasting roller c, guiding means h, h<3> carried by a frame g pivoted to the tank, and a supporting axle m carried by frame extensions k of the pivoted frame for the roll of paper. The pasting trough may be of wood or metal ; the pasting roller may also be of wood or metal and may be felt covered or perforated. A brake t is used to prevent the overrunning of the paper supply. The guide rollers may be replaced by a fixed guide surface s having beaded edges s<1>, s<2>.
