387,654. Woven fabrics with paper wefts. DURAN, F. A., 8, Rua Fontanella, Barcelona, Spain. May 4, 1931, No. 13114. Convention date, May 3, 1930. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. [Class 142 (iv).] A fabric is woven with a paper weft which is impregnated during the weaving with a liquid for giving flexibility, such as a waterproofing solution containing aluminium sulphate, and lead acetate. The paper weft may be armoured. Artificial silk or like warp threads are used. The fabrics may be embroidered or figured in gold thread and silk, or silver thread and silk.
