[Class 139.] The drive between an electric motor 49 and a clock movement wound or driven thereby includes adjustable worm gearing 34, 41. The worm shaft 40 is loosely coupled to the motor through an eccentric pin 52 carried by a disc 51 on the motor shaft engaging a pin 48 mounted in a carrier 47, and is mounted in bearings 38, 39 fixed to a block 35 adjustably fixed to the plate 1. Adjustment is effected by loosening screws 36, 37 and rotating a micrometer screw 43 carried in a bearing 42, the block 35, biased by a spring 45, being thereby rotated about 36 as desired, whereupon screws 36, 37 may be tightened.
