[Class 100 (ii).] Platen machines of the kind described in Specification 23358/13, [Class 100 (ii), Printing processes &c.], in which the sheets are automatically fed and delivered by means of gripper arms 5, 5<1> which rock in the plane of the platen, are constructed with printing beds 11 which are inclined to the vertical, so as to prevent the collapsing of thin sheets due to their being fed into a final vertical printing position.
