377,422. Pipe couplings. LEYLAND & BIRMINGHAM RUBBER CO., Ltd., Golden Hill Works, Leyland, near Preston, Lancashire, and BEACH, A. E., Buckley & Beach Metal Works, Shawfield Street, Chelsea, London. July 21, 1931, No. 20800. [Class 99 (i).] A rubber tubular connector has a cover of canvas or other fabric which is secured by adhesive to the whole of its outer surface. The cover may extend as at B<1> over the ends of the tube. Grooves D<2> are provided for the pipeend flanges C.
