[Class 12 (iii).] A self-contained unit for automatically feeding lubricant comprises a body a forming a reservoir b for the lubricant which is expressed through an outlet passage j by means of a piston h mounted in a cylinder f formed within the reservoir and communicating through a passage g with a source of pressure fluid. A spring i arranged within the reservoir also acts on the piston h to move it in the same direction as the pressure fluid. The reservoir is recharged through a valved nipple or through an opening c fitted with a non-return valve e and with a removable screwed plug d.
