[Class 25.] A chimney top comprises several nozzle-like elements A, B, C of artificial stone or burnt clay, the inner surface of the elements forming an inverted truncated cone and each element having external ribs 10 which correspond with internal ribs 11 upon the element above forming between each two elements several air channels 6 rising from the outside to the inside of the chimney and diminishing in width towards the top, through which air enters and penetrates the widening column of smoke.
