Abstract

365,503. Window fasteners. BATES, T. C., 11, Aylward Road, Merton Park, London, and RANSOM, A., 23, Baron Grove, Mitcham, Surrey. Aug. 20, 1931, No. 23492. [Class 44.] A casement fastener is formed with a segmental plate 4 which engages with the window frame. One face of the plate is bevelled. The edge 10 of the plate 4 in engaging the lower edge of the plate 15 serves to raise the window. The plate 4 and handle 12 are carried by a pin 5 threaded into a boss and secured by riveting over a washer. The washer may be a spring washer.
