Abstract

364,949. Valve amplifying circuits. SIEMENS & HALSKE AKT.-GES., Siemensstadt, Berlin. March 23, 1931, No. 8896. Convention date, March 24, 1930. [Class 40 (v).] In a frequency-discriminating resistancecapacity amplifier, an inductance l1 is connected in parallel with the grid circuit and is so dimensioned that the resonance frequency of the oscillation circuit formed by the inductance and the coupling capacity c1 lies within or near the frequency range for which amplification is to be increased. An additional inductance l2 in series with the coupling condenser forms a resonant circuit with a condenser c2 in parallel with the grid circuit to enhance a frequency range in the upper half of the frequency band which the amplifier covers.
