Abstract

363,125. Stands. WHITBYS, Ltd., 28, Eagle Street, Holborn, and SHIPWAY, S. P., 37, Halesworth Road, Lewisham, both in London. Dec. 9, 1930, No. 37170. [Class 52 (v).] The foot or display head for a tubular pedestal stand 1 con. sists of a number of tubes or rods 3, bent as shown, inserted in the end of the pedestal, the sections of the tubes &c. 3 being such that they collectively fill the tube 1. The end of the tube 1 may be split and provided with a clamping band to grip the tubes &c. 3. To prevent relative movement of the tubes &c. 3 one of them may be provided with a projection which engages slots in the other tubes &c.
