Abstract
443,044. Stands. HOUGHTON, G. G., and HOUGHTON, L. S., (trading as HOUGHTON, A. B. & G. G.), 42, Main Street, Birmingham. Oct. 10, 1934, No. 28956. [Class 52 (v)] A display stand consists of a supporting surface on a plurality of rods 6<a> passed through holes 7b in, for example, discs 7 adapted to be relatively rotated so as to cause the rods to be either parallel to one another, or to assume the position shown. The rods 6b each consists of three pieces of tubing threaded upon rods forming cores for them ; the inner ends of these pieces of tubing are formed as or fitted with flanges 6d which serve to limit the splaying movement of the rods 6b. The outer ends have rubber caps 9.
