Abstract
361,740. Press-button fasteners. FRAY, B. G., 36, Albion Street, Birming- ham. Feb. 14, 1931, No. 4688. [Class 44.] A device applicable generally for detachably securing articles to metal plate and other surfaces, and particularly suitable for securing badges, caps, &c. to motor cars, comprises an attachment member c brazed or otherwise secured to the badge &c. a and having curved tongues e adapted to snap behind the edge or margin of an aperture or recess in the plate &c. b. A spring ring f retained within the curved ends of the tongues is used to give the requisite resiliency. One end of the ring may be anchored in one of the tongues. The aperture may have a curved lip g or flange.
