[Class 73.] A licence-holder comprises a rubber backing 1 with an undercut flange 2 for the reception of the license 4 and transparent cover 5, and a ring 9 having flanges 8, 10 for pressing the inturned flange 3 on to the cover 5 and securing the ring to the framework of the vehicle respectively. The edge of the flange 8 may be beaded.
