[Class 106 (i).] A slide-rule of circular form for determining allowances for lateral deflection of projectiles due to various strengths and directions of the wind at different ranges comprises a base F bearing range and deflection allowance scales, and a centrally pivoted disc D graduated in terms of wind angles and wind strengths. The latter are shown by means of flag-like pointers the flag tips being connected by lines to the calculated points on the circumference of the disc.
