Abstract
358,709. Motors. JANZEN, O., 10, Sonnenburgstrasse, Berlin. Sept. 26, 1930, No. 28837. Convention date, Jan. 17. [Class 35.] Motors with unwound armatures.-The stator, rotor, and coil are arranged coaxially, the stator and rotor being of similar cross-section. The stator St and rotor L may be of disc shape with cylindrical extensions enclosing the coil Sp and are formed with teeth acting as pole-pieces either both inside and outside the coil or outside only as indicated. The coil may be formed in two parts, one of which is excited during starting only. The stator and rotor may be made of cast iron.
