350,230. Hook couplings. KENNEDY, D. S., Harewood Forest Works; Longparish, Hampshire. June 4, 1930, No. 17220. [Class 89 (ii).] The ends of a chain for vehicle wheels are connected by two links a, d, the cross pin b of the former entering the curved slot c<1> of the latter. The plate f, pivoted on pin g between spring washers, finally locks the two links in place. Specifications 320,740 and 325,135, [both in Class 144 (ii), Wheel tyres, Pneumatic &c.], are referred to.
