345,911. Valve discharge waterwaste preventers. LEVICK, Ltd., J. and LEVICK, J., Alma Street, Aston, Birming- ham. July 23, 1930, No. 22157. [Class 26.] In an enclosed flushing cistern of the type having a valvecontrolled inlet and outlet at the top and bottom respectively, the valves being operated by an arm 10, on a shaft 11, one of the valve openings is initially of such a size as to permit of the introduction of the valves and valve mechanism, and is subsequently closed by a ring 17 having a valve stem guide 18, and by a valve seating 20. A vent pipe 6a is provided.
