Abstract
345,323. Drying paper; hollow cylinders. SIEMENS-SCHUCKERTWERKE AKT.-GES., Siemensstadt, Berlin. Nov. 22, 1929, No. 35845. Convention date, March 16. Addition to 343,974. [Class 34 (i).] The supply of substances to the rotary vessels described in the parent Specification, e.g. steam to the drying cylinders of paper-making machines, is effected through a fitting 4 disposed between the supply pipe 5 and the trunnion of the vessel and secured by bolts 7 either to the gear-casing 3 or its end cover 8.
