[Class 37.] Compensation for friction on bearings and magnetic dissymmetry in induction meters and relays of the kind having the poles of two driving magnets located on the same side of the armature is provided for by a magnetic plate 18 having tongues 19, 20 located in relation to two of the four polar extensions 5 .. 8 of the driving magnets, the tongues being adjusted laterally towards or away from the other pair of pole extensions. The plate 18 is of such dimensions that it screens the braking-magnet from the driving fluxes.
