Abstract

335,642. Belling & Lee, Ltd., and Lee, E. M. April 14, 1930. Plug couplings and connectors. -A coupling or connector having two screw connected parts such as that described in Specifications 329,371 and 329,465 is fitted with an interchangeable fuse, resistance, condenser or other current limiting device, the fuse &c. 9 being located in a sleeve 1 inserted between the body parts 4, 5 that carry the pin 6 and connect the lead 7 thereto. A spring 11 is inserted at one end of the fuse &c. Other forms of coupling to which the device is applied comprise plug couplings with the pin arranged or bent to lie at right angles to the body 1, spade terminals, and connectors having a washer 8 at each end to join two leads.
