Abstract

335,576. General Engineering Co. (Radcliffe), Ltd., and Taylor, S. June 25,1929. Condensers.-Di-electric materials are cooled after impregnation by being subjected to the direct cooling action of a current of dehydrated air, preferably in a jacketed chamber. A plant for effecting the cooling is shown in the figure in which the closed casing d is divided horizontally to form a circulating passage or air passing from the fan e the cooler f, drier g, to alternative chambers h<2> and thence by the return passage above to the fan. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 14073/05, [Class 29, Cooling &c.], and 309,079.
