Abstract
327,149. Shipwright, W. G. Nov. 28, 1928. Casting floors in situ.-A support for floors or for use in the casting of concrete floors consists of a telescopic horizontal section-bar a supported by crossed bars b secured to the ends of the horizontal bar and fixed in grooves in a block at the crossing by a cover-plate f. A clamp c is used to secure the members of the telescopic bar in adjusted position. Further connecting bars g may be used to stiffen the structure. According to the Provisional Specification, ceiling plates nf plain or embossed design with overlapping flanges may be placed on the top of the support with reinforcement rods, and the concrete is poured on to these plates.
