Abstract
326,172. Eyston, G. E. T. Dec. 3, 1928. Fixed-abutment type.-A rotary blower a of the crescent-shaped chamber type forces air through a conduit h to a box or casing k enclosing the carburettor comprising an intake m, nozzle o and float chamber n. The blower has sliding- rocking vanes c eccentrically mounted so as to produce the crescent-shaped chamber d. An adjustable sleeve e permits of the degree of compression being varied, and may be set to an average position to give reasonable efficiency at all conditions of working. Specification 313,417 is referred to in the Provisional Specification.
