320,654. Searle, G. R. April 21, 1928. Diaphragms for loud-speakers comprise a pleated paper " cone " 15 closed on both sides by plain sheets 16, 17, so as to form a cellular structure. The diaphragm may carry a moving- coil 4 and is attached to its supports by means of a spider 13 having radial arms 14.
