Protectors and shields; plasters and adhesive bandages.-A plaster bandage for a wound, boil, or the like comprises a felt ring b fixed to the adhesive side of a rubber or other plaster a and registering with an opening therein. The bandage is secured in place by the outer ring of plaster and the inner space is filled with ointment. The aperture c may be closed by a further plaster or by a sheet of cellophane which may be removed for renewal of the ointment or replacement by a plug of cotton wool. The inner side d of the ring b may be coated with a protective layer of thick ointment.
