Catamenial appliances. - A catamenial bandage comprises a pad 3, preferablv of cellulose wadding, shown in transverse section, over which are laid sheets 1, 2 of muslin gauze which may extend beyond the pad for attachment to a support; a further sheet of gauze 4 of width not substantially less than the length of the pad is wrapped transversely round the pad so as to cover the open edge, the free end 5 being left unsecured.
