[Class 40 (iv)] [Also in Groups VI, VII and XIII] The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes an ear protector wherein a pair of muffs or caps 45, Fig. 13 (Cancelled), are arranged to cover the ears and are joined by a flexible band 49. Each cap has an inner and outer wall to form a space which is filled with sound absorbent material 30. The caps may include ear phones if desired. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
