317,087. Schwaller, E. Aug. 10, 1928, [Convention date]. Addition to 280,856. Stopper with valves.- In a closure for collapsable tubes comprising a small closure plate 9 adapted to cover an eccentric delivery opening 6 in the top of the tube and secured to the tube by spring arms 7, as described in the parent Specification, the arms 7 slide upon a surface of relatively hard material. The arms 7 are rotatable about a steel cap 3 mounted on the neck of the tube 2 and itself formed with the delivery orifice 6. In modifications, the cap is bulged outwardly or inwardly or the closure plate engages a disc of packing material disposed in a sleeve of the hard material.
