280,856. Schwaller, E. Nov. 17, 1826, [Convention date]. Stoppers with valves.- A closure for collapsable tubes comprises a small closing plate 5 adapted to cover an eccentric delivery opening 6 in the top of the tube, the plate being connected by a spring member 7 to an open spring ring 8 disposed in a groove 9 in the neck 3 of the tube. Rotatipn of the ring 8 about the neck of the tube opens or closes the opening 6.
