Abstract

309,152. Telefonaktiebolaget L. M. Ericsson. April 5, 1928. [Convention date]. Intercommunication apparatus; loud-speakers.- Station apparatus for intercommunication systems comprises a desk or cabinet 1 having an upper compartment 2 containing the switches and a lower compartment 3 which houses a loud-speaker. The upper compartement has a sloping front panel 5 on which the switch-controls 6 and signalling flaps 7 are mounted. The microphone 10 is constructionally independent of the cabinet and is arranged so that back coupling is avoided. The horn 9 of the speaker slopes upwards from the back of the compartment, towards the upper portion of the sound aperture 8.
