In the plan view, Fig. 2, the friction members 6 work in a tube 3 rigid with the wheel fork tubes 4, the cones 7 being connected. by the lower links 2 to the frame tube 1. The cones 7 are adjusted towards one another by a right and left handed screwed rod 9 which may be turned by means of its squared ends.
