338,614. Crittall Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Crittall, W. F., and Wardropper, J. B. Aug. 27, 1929. Pivoting adjustments.-A window pivot comprises discs 11, Fig. 4, secured in axial alignment on window and window frame and a band 10 encircling the two discs. The band may be split and furnished with lugs 15 and 16 and a tightening screw 18. In place of the screw 18, a pin 19, Fig. 7, having projections 20 which ride upon an indented washer 21, may be used and be provided with a lever handle 23. Or, a lever handle screwing on to a tightening bolt may be used, the bolt being held from turning by a splint or a screw in conjunction with a split lug.
