Abstract

302,444. Hill, E. H. Oct. 13, 1927. Windows and the like, clean. ing.-The wiping element 12 in a metal backing 16 is capable of limited rocking movement in an arm 17 which is secured to a spindle 11 actuated through toothed gearing from a second spindle 5 passing through the windscreen frame 6. A wiper similarly actuated may be provided to clean the interior of the screen, in which case the arm 19 is dispensed with. Specification 8682/15 is referred to.
