Abstract

301,066. Bodnarescu, M. V. Nov. 25, 1927, [Convention date]. Cylinders. - A cylinder 11 is formed in halves between which are arranged inflatable tubes 16 for packing the piston 17. A ring 13, divided axially into halves, which are bolted together, has flanges 14 engaging flanges 12 on the cylinder halves and a middle flange 20 forming the recesses for the packing. The flange 20 may be dispensed with. a single packing 16 being employed.
