Computing-apparatus.-In a computing weighing-scale of the kind having a rotary dial chart graduated with both weights and value numerals, the face or each face of the dial' is provided with two separate and independent series of weight and value graduations disposed on opposite sides of a diameter and each cooperating with a separate index disposed in front and radially of the chart. As shown, a rotary dial chart 1 is mounted within a housing 2 and is viewable through windows 3<a>, 3b, across which a reading index 4 is stretched. The chart is graduated in two halves, 1<a>, 1<b>, each half bearing value numerals corresponding to one of Lwo price per unit-weight charts 3<c>, 3d, and the outermost edges of each half bearing identical weight graduations. Those parts of the chart that represent different multiples of the unit value are differently coloured.
