418,380. Power meters. ZIPERNOVSZKY, F., 12, Nador Utca, Budapest. April 24, 1933, No. 11975. [Class 37.] A portable instrument for computing the load fed through a watthour meter consists of a timing mechanism with release and stop devices and provided with one or more adjustable scales graduated in watts for meters having the same or different constants. Fixed scales 6, 61 are employed with meter rotors making 1000 revolutions per kilowatt hour, the pointer 7 being operative for one revolution. One or two adjustable scales 8, 9 are provided with logarithmic graduations giving the watts reading for meters having different constants, the scales 8, 9 being read against the scale 6 in the manner of a slide rule.
