Abstract

297,030. Akt.-Ges. Brown, Boveri, et Cie. Sept. 12, 1927, [Conventiondate]. Transformers.-In a transformer in which the high tension winding b is separated from the low tension winding a by an insulating cylinder c, lugs or flanges d, e are secured to the ends of the cylinder c between which the high tension winding is clamped, springs f being interposed if desired between the pressure-applying device and a ring g abutting against the end of the winding. Spacers h are provided between the winding b and the cylinder c, and this assembly which is provided with lifting means is centrally located with respect to the transformer by being secured to the framework of the latter.
