Abstract

Wheels and axles, arrangement of; suspendinq bodies; equalizing load on wheels.-The wheels 1 are arranged in sets of four, each set consisting of two pairs. disposed one behind the other and capable of oscillating motion in vertical longitudinal planes about a transverse axle 5 while the wheels rotate on transverse axles 2 carried by the ends of a longitudinal axle 3 pivoted on the transverse axle 5. The axles 2 may be pivoted on the axle 3. The two sets at one end of the vehicle may be mounted on a common turntable, the sets at the other end being mounted on the body or on a second turntable connected to the first by crossed links 11, 12.
