Abstract
291,930. Siddall, N. April 27, 1927. Bottles fitted with drinking cups.-Relates to vacuum flasks, the metal casing of which is provided with a removable drinking vessel. The flask 1 is provided at the neck 2 with an annular shoulder 3, a segmental upward projection 5 and a projecting finger piece 4. One or more drinking vessels 7 - - 9 are associated with the flask. Each vessel is formed with an inwardly directed shoulder 12 and an annular shoulder 13, and with a. gap 11 preferably arcuate, at the rim. A handle 14 is secured to a segmental plate 15 in such relation to the gap that when the vessel is being held for drinking, the gap registers with the nose of the drinker. When a number of vessels are associated with the flask, the second and subsequent vessels are sprung upon the shoulders 13 of the vessels in positions so that the gap 11 registers with the handle of the one below. Disengagement may then be effected by the rotary displacement of the top vessel. In a modification, the first vessel may be formed with an outwardly directed flange so as to receive a second vessel of larger size.
