Abstract

291,332. Scott, W. R. Feb. 24, 1928. Elevated railways.-Junctions or points for overhead runways comprise a sliding plate 5 with junction rails 7A, 7B brought into alignment with the main track by an arm 8 and link 9 coupled to a crank 12 and shaft 11, the link being recessed to engage the shaft 11 at one end of the movement. In the other direction, the link and crank engage the base 16 of the hanger 15.
