Abstract

291,113. Edberg, C. W. May 27, 1927, [Convention date]. Laminated wood. - In wooden plates made of strips stuck together face to face and coated with veneer over their edges, the strips are obtained by sawing thin planks 1 from a log such that the annual rings lie more or less in the direction of the faces of the planks. This is effected by restricting the angle V, which determines the greatest depth cut from the log, to a value less than 90 degrees.
