Spray carburettors; vaporizers, external.-In a radial cylinder engine having three rows of four or six cylinders each, all the carburettors V1, V2, V3 are arranged outside the side rows and connected to sets of two or three cylinders, the induction periods of which do not overlap. The induction pipes pass through the water jackets of the cylinder heads, an elastic joint G being provided in the connection to the central row, which may, alternatively, be arranged as shown dotted.
