Speed-indicators with indicating-apparatus.-A disc 12 on a shaft 6 movable axially according to the speed of rotation of a pulley 9 bears against a diaphragm 15 that separates two chambers 16, 17 of a transmitting apparatus, the chambers being connected by tubes 35, 36 to corresponding chambers in an indicating apparatus. The two chambers are separated by a diaphragm 34, the movements of which control a pointer 37. A bellows connection between the shaft 6 and the casing of the transmitting apparatus maintains an air-tight joint in the chamber 17.
