Plug cocks; wedging.-In the plug cock according to the parent Specification, which is spring held to its seating and is provided with easing means, the spindle 5 is made a loose fit in the plug 1 and its inner end b is guided in a bearing in a set-screw d by means of which the depth of engagement of the cam or easing projections f can be adjusted; a lock-nut e secures the adjustment. The projections f and corresponding grooves h are provided with parallel sides g, i to prevent disengagement by limiting the easing movement to a predetermined amount.
