Pressure - regulating valves. - A pressurereducing valve is pro. vided with a secondary valve actuated by a hand through a flexible diaphragm for giving an additional supply of gas, which valve is arranged so that when it is closed it is not subject to the full pressure of the gas in the high pressure container. The pressure regulating valve c is actuated by outlet pressure acting on a diaphragm d loaded by a spring e. The supplementary valve is arranged in series with the reducing valve and is adapted to be opened by a press button mounted on a flexible diaphragm l engaging a spring-loaded spindle g. Normally the fluid passes to the outlet m through a restricted orifice f formed either in the valve member or in the surrounding casing.
