Smoke - tube superheaters.-In a superheater element consisting of concentric tubes b, c forming an annular steam space, and a central steam tube h, the end of the concentric tubes is cut at an angle to facilitate the welding of the curved end g of the central tube to the inside of the concentric tubes. The concentric tubes are spaced apart by wire d wound around and soldered to the inner tube c.
