Trouser stretchers. - A device for stretching trousers is arranged to grip the bottom by means of a clamp a, and act on the crutch part by means of a cord d<4> or the equivalent. which is forced away from the trouser bottom by means of a rod c, c' and sliding bar d. The bar d which may be wooden has hooks d<3> for the attachment of the cord d<4>, and a boss d<1> through which the rod c, c<1> slides, being clamped in position by a screw d<2>. The rod c, c<1> is preferably made in two parts screwed together. Metal or other shaped arms or an elastic tie may be used in place of the cord. The apparatus is arranged to fold-up.
