764,722. Garment hangers. JONES, E. C. R., and STILLITZ, C. J. Feb. 21, 1955 [May 13, 1954], No. 14021/54. Addition to 663,007. Class 52 (5). The invention of the parent Specification is modified in that the downturned ends of the spring pressed rods 11 are replaced by separately formed depending elements slidably adjustable on the rods. In the construction shown each depending element has two serrated fingers 17 and is adjusted by a nut 16 on the screwthreaded end of the rod 11. A pivoted clip 19 may be provided to clamp the garment against the fingers 17. Specification 680,827 also is referred to.
