Electromagnets. - The mounting plate 208 of the laminated core 207 is secured to the lower part of the adjustable heel-piece 201, 202. When the magnet is energized with an air-gap gauge inserted, the armature will attract the part 202 of the heel-piece, which is then locked in adjusted position.
