Abstract

264,423. Williams, G. A. Sept. 29, 1926. Pressure - regulating valves.-A gas governor of the type described in Specification 5028/11 having the inlet and outlet arranged horizontally has an adjustable throttling member arranged to control an inclined passage connecting the diaphragm chamber with the outlet. The valve member d' cooperates with a seat d' and is carried by a weighted diaphragm c clamped between two parts of the casing. The throttling member g has a coned end to more or less close the inclined passage h and has the outer end arranged in a flanged recess i whereby it may be sealed in its adjusted position.
